We do not usually write reviews, but Steven deserves one as he has exceeded our expectations in every way. Steve sold our house in 6 days - one year before we had put our house in the market and took it off after 9 months, given no success. Steve was there since day one, taking accountability for every detail. He gave us some suggestions on how to stage the house, checked everything was perfect before listing it, was there in person for every single showing, and remained on top of everything, up to the closing. He is well connected, extremely responsive, follows-up with all parties involved (buyers broker, lawyers, inspection, bank), making sure everything moves along. He kept us posted every step of the way. We also bought our new home with him and same experience - plus he is creative and knowledgeable enough to help us identify remodeling opportunities and any risks to look into. Last but not least, he has a fun and engaging personality, which made the whole process flow even more seamlessly. Steve really is an outstanding broker, who focuses on the client experience overall - different from our prior experiences, he is not about selling the house and moving to the next deal. Nadine was integrally helpful in helping to secure our rental during the height of COVID. A year later, she was equally as helpful in helping us to purchase that same apartment.
She went above and beyond, specifically making long drives to personally deliver essential documents that other parties involved in the purchasing process had no sense of urgency in obtaining, distributing, etc.
More than that, it’s clear through her demeanor that she really cares about the client and their successful transaction. I’d recommend Nadine to anyone.
